Residential Cooling
For residential/commercial cooling we offer full service on all brands and types of systems. Installs are done with the most reliable equipment available, and designed to the highest standards. We have the knowledge and experience to make your system run as efficiently as it possibly can. Best practices are always followed to ensure the integrity and longevity of all hermetically sealed refrigerant based systems.
Water Heating
Water heaters are commonly overlooked home appliances, until there's a leak or it's been a few days without a hot shower. The same expertise and mindfulness is given to hot water services as is to heating/cooling. Best practices are always followed to ensure the safety, efficiency, and longevity of your hot water heater.
Commercial
FuturesHVAC isn't a big company doing large industrial projects, but light commercial work is well within our scope. We offer comprehensive services for rooftop units, VRF, VAF, freezers, coolers, venting, and ice machines. Maintenance contracts are available.
Indoor Air Quality
We offer professional indoor air quality solutions that work. Houses are being constructed with tighter envelopes than ever before... making humidity and air quality control ever more important. There's an ERV, HRV, humidifier, or filter system that most any space could benefit from. Our knowledgeable team is always happy to inform, advise, and quote options that may be a good fit for you.
Emergency Services
24/7 emergency services are available for businesses and households with a maintenance agreement, regular work performed, and installations. Exceptions are made for elderly and extenuating circumstances only. This policy is to ensure the highest level of service for our valued clients, and provide the best quality work conditions for our valued colleagues.

What services do you offer?
At Futures we offer full service, along with install work for heating, cooling, water heaters, venting, humidification, dehumidification, indoor air quality, and refrigeration. Our trucks are stocked with all the usual replacement parts and universal parts to get you back up and running asap. All service work includes a full 1-year parts/labor warranty. All installs a full 2-year parts/labor warranty.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes, all our service technicians are certified with a gas fitters license, Nora bronze or higher for oil, and EPA universal for handling refrigerants. Best practices and safety training are a continuous, rigorous, and expensive effort we employ regularly. Install technicians are licensed for the scope of work being performed, and always encouraged to get all certifications.
Do you provide emergency services?
Absolutely! Futures is happy to provide 24/7 emergency services for our valued clients with maintenance agreements, regular service visits, or installs done by us. Other calls will be addressed first thing the following day when possible. Exceptions are made for elderly and potential medical emergency situations.
